The Story of Aduanepa: The Original Taste of Spintex
Pioneering Authentic Ghananaian Dining Since 2001
Back in 2001, finding authentic, undiluted local food along the Spintex Road was nearly impossible. Seeing this gap, Mrs. Clara Gborson set out to change the culinary landscape by establishing Aduanepa Spintex (formerly ADUA NE PA). We were the absolute first to pioneer this name. Appropriately meaning “Good Food,” Aduanepa was created with a singular, passionate vision: to serve soulful, traditional meals to everyone craving the comfort of a home-cooked Ghanaian dish.
In a modern era where true local flavors are often diluted or compromised, our core mission remains unchanged. We are fiercely committed to preserving the rich, authentic heritage of Ghanaian cuisine, prepared with the highest health and hygiene standards, and served with unconditional hospitality.
We believe that exceptional, nourishing food shouldn’t cost a fortune. That is why we deliver unparalleled value at an honest price point, treating every guest like family. While finding genuine local taste can feel impossible elsewhere, Mrs. Clara has made sure you can always find it right here. Step inside and welcome home—because as we gladly say, Efie ne fie (Home is home).
